Rules & Regulations
The Owners Association of Hamony (OAH) amenities are for the use and enjoyment of members of the OAH, their guests and the general public (non-members), and are in accordance with the Rocky View County By-Laws.
All such members, their guests and the general public are permitted the use of the public OAH amenities entirely at their own risk, and subject to the OAH Rules and Regulations. Click here to view the Rules and Regulations document.

Harmony Lake and Beach Area
Members of the public, please be advised that the Harmony South Beach area remains closed due to construction. For safety reasons, we remind everyone to please observe posted closure signs.
Lake Access Fees for Future Harmony Residents
For the 2019 season Harmony Lake is open for use by Residents and their Guests only. Future Harmony Residents, defined as a person(s) with a signed sales agreement with a Harmony builder for a future occupancy, may access the Lake with payment of the Lake Access User Fee for Future Harmony Residents. Please review this document here. Users must complete and sign the OAH Amenity Waiver form, and must display a valid Lake pass.
Public access will not be scheduled until 2020, and these fees have not been set.
Requests for Lake access must be emailed to email@example.com, along with a completed and signed OAH Amenity Waiver form. The Future Resident must display a valid OAH card, which is available for pick up at the Discovery Centre.
Harmony Lake Release and Waiver Form
All users of the lake and participants in lake activities (residents, guests and the public) must sign the OAH Amenity Release and Waiver form prior to use of the lake amenities. Please click here for the waiver form. Completed forms should be dropped off at the Discovery Centre, during regular hours, prior to use of the lake amenities.
